Please read this CAREFULLY !! Book separate appointment for each applicant To help you prepare, here is a list of documents you must bring with you when you visit our clinic for your appointment. • Photocopy of Original passport • 2 latest 35 mm × 45 mm sized photographs with white background not older than 6 months without obstructing the face and resembling the current appearance. • Your address in UK with Post Code. University/office address is also fine. (No need to submit any document for address proof. This address will appear in your medical certificate ) Certificate once issued is final and no changes can be made once issued thus make sure you verify your certificate before you leave our clinic Please note there is no fasting required for this medical test It will take approximately 3 hours to complete your medical examination and we will hand over the report immediately Kindly note, certificate will be handed over only to the applicant. We will require applicant's signature on the certificate We do not do test during pregnancy. Please talk to doctor if you have pregnancy.
